With “Repeal and Replace” off the table for the time being, what is the next step to ensure healthcare for all Americans?  Sholem invites you to a panel discussion with two physicians active for many years in healthcare reform.

Pediatrician Steve Tarzynski is current President of the California Physicians Alliance, an organization working to establish a publicly financed, non-profit Single Payer system in California and the nation.

Susan Fleischman, former Medical Director at the Venice Family Clinic, is Vice President for Medicaid, CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program) and charity care programs at Kaiser Permanente.

•The Affordable Care Act — overview, current status and possible outcomes

•Single Payer, the public option and potential strategies
