FEATURING JAZZ SINGER ANGIE WELLS!

“Angie Wells is a jazz singer with a rich, beautiful sound and a big beat. She understands the meaning of a lyric and really makes it come alive. It is a pleasure to work with her and I know people will enjoy her.” — Bill Cunliffe, Grammy-winning jazz pianist, composer, and arranger.

Angie is a talented singer who entertains her audience in a way that is truly captivating. She gives a show in the true sense of the word with glamorous costume changes, humorous banter, and a voice that keeps her audience hanging on to every note.

When Grammy-winning producer Rob Christie of Manhattan Avenue Jazz Records heard Angie, he offered to help produce her debut CD titled “Well Swung” on which Angie brings a fresh perspective to timeless standard from the Great American Songbook.

Angie began her singing career in an intimate supper club in Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris when she joined the trio playing that night for a few tunes. She has played and recorded with some of the country’s best jazz musicians including Peter Buck, Bill Cunliffe, Quentin Dennard, Tim Emmons, Jim Hughart, Joe LaBarbera, Paul Kreibich, James Leary, Jack Lecompte, and Tom Warrington.
