Mindful Awareness: Practices for Daily Living (10:30am)

Marilyn McLaughlin, parent of two Sholem school graduates, returns to share a unique approach to mindfulness that is both quiet and interactive, in stillness and in motion. Learn a few simple techniques that will nurture connection within and all around. We will calm the mind and inspire the heart.

Bringing your own lawn chair is highly recommended for maximum comfort. Headphones that work with your phone are also suggested.
